The Maoyuan High Performance Differentiated Fiber Project is invested and constructed by Hangzhou Maoyuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 230 million yuan, and it is expected to form an annual production capacity of 80000 tons of high-performance differentiated fiber after reaching the production capacity. The annual sales output value is 864 million yuan, and the tax revenue is 57.5 million yuan.
Hangzhou Maoyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It is a recycling and environmental protection technology enterprise that integrates bottle brick cleaning, sales, research and development, and production of multi-functional differentiated polyester short fibers.
The enterprise covers an area of 86 acres, with a factory building area of 50000 square meters and a total investment of 230 million yuan. It currently has more than 150 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical talents. The company adopts advanced domestic automatic bottle brick cleaning production lines for material color sorting, water recycling, energy conservation and environmental protection, as well as differentiated polyester staple fiber production lines.
The company's main products are divided into three types: A-sheet and polyester short fibers. Polyester short fibers include differentiated functional fibers such as sanitary materials, antiviral, moisture conductivity, far-infrared, anionic, water repellent, flame retardant, fine denier down like, porous, etc. The company's recycled three A sheets are mainly used for polyester filament, recycled beverage bottles, and polyester staple fibers. The products are widely used in the fields of clothing, home textiles, home furnishings, toys, and outdoor leisure products filling materials, which can effectively meet customers' differentiated needs for products such as lightweight, smooth, and high fluffiness.
Project progress:
The project started construction in August 2020 and was officially put into operation at the end of August this year, achieving a sales output value of 15 million yuan.
